A great way to cook your salmon, trout, arctic char, scallops, or shrimp on a BBQ.
As the cedar plank heats up, the moisture rises out of the plank and pulls the cedar flavour with it. This essentially infuses the fish with a fresh wood flavour and allows the fish to gently steam as the plank acts as a barrier between it and the heat source.
Remember to soak the plank before hand for at least 1hr.
