FRESH WHOLE BRANZINO

Branzino is one of the most sought-after species in North American culinary and seafood markets. Raised in Mediterranean waters off of Greece, the largest producing country in the world. Branzino has a mild, delicate white flesh, and its versatile form and size allows for the Branzino to be stuffed with your favourite dressing to bake and served whole or butterflied and filleted with a few easy cuts for pan searing, baking, or grilling. Our Branzino will arrive to you scaled and gutted.
